Payment terms:Option 1 (partial prepayment/post-payment): the cost of the Goods, minus the advance payment, is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's settlement account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after the Goods are delivered in full to the Buyer's warehouse and accepted by the Buyer according to either a set of invoices and invoices in the form of TORG-12, or a set of invoices-invoices and UPD-2 or UPD-1 after 7 working days.
Option 2 (100% prepayment): An advance payment in the amount of 100% of the total cost of the work is paid within 7 (seven) working days from the date of invoice by the Supplier, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
