The prices are given without reference to the exchange rates taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead costs.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: indicated by the participant in the application.
The delivered goods must be packed in containers and labeled in accordance with the state standards (GOST) established by it, the requirements of the TU, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods on the route and when it is stored. It is allowed to transport the components of the goods in the manufacturer's packaging. The marking shall be affixed to the packaging of the goods and include information about the requisites of the contract, the supplier, the customer, and the specified information shall be certified by the seal of the supplier. In the event that the supplied product consists of several places, the marking should also contain information on the number of seats in the set and the number of the place.

Comments:
Each participant must submit a completed Participant Questionnaire both in electronic form in the "doc" format and a scanned version with a signature and a stamp.
The column with the information is corrected by the participant, if some document is not provided, the reason for this action is indicated.
Also, the full package of documents specified in the Participant Questionnaire is provided.
From the provision of a full package of documents, participants who have concluded a contract for the supply of any product to us in a period of up to 6 months, except for the following items of the Participant's Questionnaire:
- Nos. 7, 16, 17 - is provided for all types of procedures;
- No. 15 - is provided for procedures that are related to construction and other works that are part of the SRO;
- No. 20 - for procedures with a cost of 1 million rubles. and higher.
The counterparty is checked once every 6 months, if the last verification of the participant was later than 6 months, the full package of documents is also requested from the procedure winner.
With the cost of procedures more than 5 million rubles. the full package of documents is provided regardless of the latest deliveries of products and checks of counterparties.
In the commercial proposal, the name of the goods is indicated by the vendor's accounting information in accordance with the shipping documents.
Application form and other documentation are in the procurement documentation.
Obligatory presence of the consent with our edition of the standard contract of delivery in the form of an official letter.
The delivered goods must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including, which has not been restored, which has not been replaced, the consumer properties have not been restored), to have a genuine and legal origin, not to have Defects associated with the construction, materials or functioning.
It is not allowed to deliver goods removed from conservation (long-term storage), as well as used externally damaged traces of use.
