Payment terms:The price of the goods is given with VAT-20%, but includes all the costs of packaging and delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered product must be new, not restored.

A MANDATORY CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATING IN ELECTRONIC AUCTIONS IS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER'S DELIVERY TERMS. THE SUBMITTED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Proposals for an additional change in the price offer submitted outside the B2B-Mechel ETP after the rebidding procedure are not considered.
