Payment terms:The price of the goods is given with VAT-20%, but includes all costs of packaging and delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered product must be new, not restored.

Comments:
A PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN ELECTRONIC BIDDING IS ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER'S TERMS OF DELIVERY. THE SUBMITTED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Proposals for an additional change in the price offer submitted outside the B2B-Mechel ETP after the rebidding procedure are not considered.
