Delivery of Goods, as well as all types of loading and unloading operations are carried out by the Supplier's forces and means.
Delivery of Goods is carried out on working days: Monday – Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 (lunch from 12.00 to 13.00) Moscow time at the address: 108830, Moscow, Voronovskoye settlement, near the village of LMS.
The Supplier shall notify the Buyer 2 (two) business days in advance of the specific date of delivery of the Goods. Taking into account the requirements of the access and intra-object regimes established on the territory of the Buyer, the Supplier must, prior to the delivery of the Goods, provide the Buyer with a list of personnel indicating the surname, first name, patronymic, passport data, as well as the numbers of the machines that will be involved in the delivery of the Goods. To enter the facility, all employees of the Supplier must have an identity document (passport) with them.
The quantity of the delivered goods must correspond to the quantity of the goods specified in the order.
The goods are delivered to the Buyer's location, unloaded by the Supplier's forces and means.
The above documents must be submitted to the authorized representative of the Buyer on the day of delivery of the goods.
The container for the transportation of Goods belongs to the Supplier, is multi-turn, has no collateral price and is subject to refund on the waybill for the transfer and acceptance of the multi-turn container upon acceptance of the next batch of Goods.
