Item No. 1 is the basis of DDP delivery (Chelyabinsk, 2nd Paveletskaya str., 14, MECHEL-ENERGO LLC), according to Incoterms 2010, publication of the International Chamber of Commerce No. 715 WITH UNLOADING.
Item No. 2 is the DDP Supply Basis (Chelyabinsk, 2nd Paveletskaya str., 14, Black Sea Fleet warehouse of MECHEL-ENERGO LLC), according to Incoterms 2010, publication of the International Chamber of Commerce No. 715.
Item No. 3 is the basis of DDP delivery (Chebarkul, Dzerzhinskiy str., 7, warehouse for the Black Sea Fleet of MECHEL-ENERGO LLC), according to Incoterms 2010, publication of the International Chamber of Commerce No. 715.
Comments: A detailed description of the Call for Bidding item and delivery terms are specified in the bidding documentation and contract, terms of reference.
Offers in the System must be submitted within the period from the moment of posting information about the Call for Bidding to the expiration of the terms specified in the Notification of the Price request (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. of the Bidding Documentation).
The term of the contract is 20 working days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for requesting prices, as well as instructions for preparing offers are specified in the bid documentation.
This procedure for requesting prices is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
