Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension

Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to take part in the Request for proposals for the supply of drinking water for SOKOLOV employees of the Moscow-SV, Moscow-YUG regions (Moscow and Moscow Region, Vladimir Region, Ivanovo region, Kostroma region, Yaroslavl region, Kaluga region, Ryazan region).

The procedure will be carried out in the form of an open Request for Proposals, according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1). The volume is an approximate annual one.
It is strictly forbidden to put 1 ruble or 0.1 kopecks. or any price that you can't confirm!
It is allowed to submit bids in the context of Lots.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .

As a result of the procedure, the Main and Reserve Counterparties will be approved by the Tender Committee, followed by the conclusion of a framework contract for 1 year. The Customer reserves the right to choose Suppliers positionally, according to the lowest prices.

The request for proposals will be held until 15-00 on 21.04.2023 (Moscow time).
To participate, you need to send:
 counterparty card (Appendix No. 5 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP;
 signed confirmation of the offer (in free form), and agreement with the terms of the TOR;
Letters of recommendation.


The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
