Auto-extension

Other requirements and explanations:
Purchase of stretch film according to the needs of 2022 of the Magnit and Dixie retail chains. The total amount can be changed in the range of 30% up/down. In the tender, it is necessary to specify the cost of 1 kg. of the film, taking into account delivery to the Company's DC (one of the delivery options will be chosen - to all Magnit RCs, or to transit DC). The DC addresses and the need are attached in a separate file. Based on the results of the auction, a decision will be made. The choice of main and reserve suppliers is made not at the best cost per kilogram, but at the cost of selecting one pallet (film consumption). The price must be fixed before 31.03.2022. An agreement will be concluded with the winners of the auction with fixing volumes for the calendar year and quarterly price indexation. The price of the film is subject to revision when the cost of raw materials fluctuates beyond the range of ± 5% from the date of the auction. MRCPlast weekly analytical report is used to estimate the cost of raw materials of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LDL). Indexing formula: Price per kg of film, rub. excluding VAT = (Competition price*0.7* percentage of change in the cost of raw materials) +Competition price. If the bidder does not agree to apply the formula, he has the right to submit an offer taking into account the price fixing for 1 year. At the same time, formula pricing does not apply. The tender is allowed to submit alternative applications that meet the requirements of the TOR.
EDS is not required.
The bidder may repeatedly improve his quotation until the deadline for submitting bids.
Only one legal entity may take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
