Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of the goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.$
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the goods is carried out by the Supplier's forces and at the expense of the Supplier in the period from 01.03.2020 to 31.03.2020. Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by road, by means of mail, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification .
The Supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination. By "destination" the Parties refer to the place of destination of the Buyer (Consignee).
The goods must be packed in containers that ensure proper safety of the Goods from all kinds of damage and total or partial loss during transportation and meet the requirements (specifications) for packagings and packagings of this type.$
Supplier shall provide a packing list in Russian for each packaging. One copy of the packing sheet shall be placed inside each package and the other copy shall be affixed to the outside of the package. The packing list shall be protected against all kinds of damage and total or partial loss during transport.$
The goods must contain a commodity and special marking applied in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of defective or incorrect marking shall be borne by the Supplier.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the goods supplied under the Contract: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods, the warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the validity period of the warranty obligations, operating instructions, documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of the Goods for domestic consumption (for the Goods of foreign production), permission of Rostekhnadzor to Application of the Product (where applicable).
