Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the payment is made by the customer in the following order:
- If the party is to small or medium-sized businesses: payment is made by the customer with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the purchaser of the product and the signing of primary accounting documents.
- If the party does not apply to small or medium-sized businesses: payment is made with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the purchaser of the product and the signing of primary accounting documents.
Calculations according to the contract shall be made in cash, and therefore have some form of settlements, is not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through transfer of bills.
