To the offers in electronic form it is necessary to attach a file in the form of the scanned copy of dealer powers, certificates.
The required delivery time is March 2019g. The delivery time for each item must be specified in the "Delivery Time" column. Any terms of delivery are accepted for consideration.
When transporting the tmsc must be protected from atmospheric and mechanical influences.
In respect of goods not accepted by the purchaser (non-conforming goods), the Supplier shall, at the buyer's request, undertake one of the following actions at his own expense and within 10 calendar days from the date of preparation of the Acceptance Act:
- To take out poor quality goods;
- Replace poor quality goods with the goods of the proper quality.
For violation of the deadlines set by this paragraph, the Supplier shall be liable to the purchaser in the form of a penalty for late performance of obligations in the amount of 5% of the value of goods in respect of which is not satisfied Buyer's requirement, for each day of delay of fulfillment of such requirement.
