| Payment terms: | - an advance in the amount of 50% of the cost of the consignment of the Goods is paid within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of filing an application for delivery, on the basis of an invoice for payment provided by the Supplier;
- the final payment in the amount of the difference between the actually delivered goods and the advance payment is made within 10 (banking) banking days after the Buyer receives the Goods, subject to its proper quality. |
