| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods (Equipment) under the Agreement will be made upon 100% delivery of the Goods (Equipment) within 15 working days after the Buyer has submitted the documents: on certification of the Goods (Equipment), technical passport for the Goods (Equipment) in Russian and English and / or user manual (instruction manual) of the Product (Equipment) in Russian and English, warranty cards, invoice, invoice, waybill in 2 copies. |
