All samples will be returned upon Bidder's request. Upon submission, all samples must be signed (specify the name of the Bidder) and placed in one package with the name of the Bidder, his address and contact person for communication.
The Bidder must upload to the electronic platform:

- documents confirming his legal capacity and financial condition.
