Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the delivered products are manufactured in the following terms (depending on whichever is later):
- within forty five (45) days from the time of acceptance throughout the Contract Product and signing consignment notes (form TORG-12) or universal document transmission;
- within 45 (forty five) calendar days from receipt of the invoice by the Buyer and the Seller's invoice in the payment for the product, containing the details of the agreement, the name, the value of the products supplied under the Contract and the amount of cash to be paid;
- advance payment is not provided

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
