Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:payment is made by the buyer within 30 (thirty) working days from receipt of the goods and the buyer signing the uniform call tag (form Torg-12 approved by the Goskomstat of Russia from 25.12.98 N 132) , subject to the receipt of the invoice from the supplier, an invoice based on the signed contract and invoice, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by means of money transfer to the bank account of the provider.

1. Reception of application forms for participation in the tender is held on the electronic platform of Business-Center before 25.12.2017 15-00. The application must attach the completed scan information about the applicant.
2. Access to technical and commercial part of the solicitation documents, as well as to the draft Treaty will be carried out after checking up to 10.01.2017 15-00
3. The deadline for submitting tender proposals and the technical part of the tender autopsy applicants-19.01.2018 14-15
4. Peretorzhki date will be specified further.
5. The cost of the proposals indicated in rubles on the full scope of delivery without VAT.
6. Commercial proposals without the necessary applications according to the instructions of the applicant (p. 14) may not be allowed to peretorzhki.
