Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. The first batch on the terms of an advance payment of 50% of the order value, the second 50% after delivery to the doorstep of the hotel or to a centralized warehouse.
2. And subsequent batches on post-payment terms within 10 banking days after delivery.
The batch refers to the quarterly volume.

Comments:
1. The terms of reference specify two types of printing: CMYK and Pantone in order to get prices, compare them and choose the type of printing, while we understand that some items will still be printed in Pantone.
2. Terms of delivery:
a) Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Moscow in quarterly batches.
b) Delivery by the Supplier's forces to the threshold of the hotels in quarterly batches and a minimum runoff of highly rotated items in the supplier's warehouse. The runoff is determined jointly by the Parties.
3. The period of cooperation is from 12 to 24 months.
4. We ask you to fill in the prices on the B2B form, the prices are set without VAT.
5. In addition to clause 4, we ask you to prepare a commercial offer with two delivery options (clauses 2 a, b) with a signature and seal and BE SURE to upload it to the procurement documentation at the site.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
