Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Act of the performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant in the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the agreement in respect of which a request for proposals was made .

The participant of the request for proposals must attach to the application for participation a commercial proposal signed by the responsible person and on letterhead. If applicable, attach a quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the goods, confirmation of dealership (contract or certificate of an official dealer). The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.
Also, to the application for participation in the request for proposals, it is necessary to attach a signed copy of the counterparty’s questionnaire (the form is attached), a set of constituent and accounting documents (the list is attached), and consent to conclude an agreement in the form of PJSC Vysochaishy (the contract form is attached).

Требования к оформлению заявки участника процедуры:
Участнику закупки необходимо приложить к заявке следующие документы:
1) коммерческое предложение (оферту) по форме Приложения №1;
2) заполненную анкету по форме Приложения №2;
3) учредительные и бухгалтерские документы в соответствии с перечнем, указанным в Приложении №3;
5) согласие заключить договор поставки по типовой форме ПАО "Высочайший".
ВАЖНО: коммерческое предложение и анкета (Приложения №1 и №2) должны быть представлены как в виде сканов подписанных уполномоченным представителем организации и заверенных печатью документов, так и в редактируемом формате в виде файлов Excel и Word.
