Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made in accordance with Federal Law No. 275-FZ "On State Defence Order" by transferring funds from a separate Buyer's bank account to a separate bank account Vendor's bank account opened with SBERBANK for settlements under State Contract No. 1921187314952412241007734 dated 27.08.2019 (IGC No. 1921187314952412241007734). Payment of a batch of Goods is made within 5 (5) working days from the date of the end of the receipt of the Goods batch and the Buyer signing of the shipping documents for the goods shipment. If there is no money in a separate bank account, the Buyer has the right to pay from his checking account.
Delivery terms:Delivery time for the total estimated volume of delivery of the Item is 15.08.2021 inclusive. The item is supplied in batches. The amount of individual batches of the Item is determined by the Buyer and is indicated in the applications. The delivery time of the item is indicated in the application. If there is no delivery time in the application, the delivery time is 8 days from the date of the Buyer's request.
