Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made in accordance with Federal Law No. 275-ФЗ "On the State Defense Order" by transferring funds from the Buyer's separate bank account to the Supplier’s separate bank account opened with the North-West Bank of PJSC Sberbank, St. Petersburg for settlements under State contract No. 1921187314952412241007734 dated 08/27/2019, IGK No. 1921187314952412241007734. Payment for a consignment of goods is made within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of acceptance of the consignment of goods.
Delivery terms:The total estimated scope of supply of the Goods is: 60 tons. The goods are delivered in batches, in bags, on pallets weighing no more than 1 ton. The volume of individual lots of the Goods is determined by the Buyer and is indicated in the applications.
Delivery time: until 03/16/2020 The delivery time for a batch of goods is indicated in the application. If there is no delivery time in the application, the delivery time is 8 days from the receipt of the Buyer's request.
