Auto-extension

In case of absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the order of items on the list, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for COMPETITIVE bidding process.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
