2. Procedure procedure.
1. The Procedure phase will be conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. Phase of the Procedure - closed KP collection, negotiations with companies selected by Phase 1 results. The dates will be reported by an additional email newsletter.

This procedure of requesting offers is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer of choice supplier.

Need to provide:
1. Signed CP (provided on the organization's letterhead in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Annex 1);
2. The participant's completed questionnaire (provided on the organization's letterhead in the formats: WORD and PDF with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Annex 2);
3. A scan copy of the OGRN certificate;
4. Signed Staffing.

Required quality assessment samples of 20 packages of each type until 25.08.2021 to the Faithful Store Chain office located at: c. Moscow, 3rd Setun Passage, d. 10 A.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
