The quality of the goods must meet the requirements of GOST (or TU of the manufacturer). The Supplier guarantees the high quality of the supplied Goods. The Supplier guarantees that the supplied Goods are new, not previously used and not restored.
Delivery of the goods to the place of delivery is carried out by the supplier at his expense. Shipment of goods is carried out in batches, the quantity of goods for each batch is determined by the buyer's request agreed with the supplier.
Upon delivery of the Goods, the Supplier provides the Customer with the following documentation:
a) documents on certification of the Goods; certificates (or declarations) of conformity, etc.
b) technical passport for the Product in Russian and / or user manual (operation manual) for the Product in Russian;
c) issued warranty coupons or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) numbers of the Goods and the warranty period;
d) invoice, invoice;
e) consignment note in 3 copies. (two copies for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier);
f) act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods in 2 copies. (one copy for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier).

Обоснование: Признать победителем участника занявшего третье место ООО "ГИДРОПЛАСТ" предложившего полипропиленовые трубы и фитинги для водоснабжения и отопления Ростурпласт, которые прошли испытания и в данный момент применяемые на строительных объектах АО «СЗ «ДСК». По продукции участников занявших первое место ООО "Компания ЭНКОР" и второе место ООО "ТД ВАЛФ-РУС" Valfex получено отрицательное заключение на использование (колется при резке).
