Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:should be included in the price: the price of the product, price, packaging costs of the supplier for delivery to the customer warehouse, all kinds of loading and unloading operations, commissioning and personnel training techniques work on commissioning and maintenance equipment, as well as necessary to pay insurance costs, duties, taxes and other obligatory payments. Payment by the customer of the goods delivered within 15 working days based on the signed Customer Act on carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works equipment and training of customer's specialists rules of operation of the equipment, adjustment and maintenance. All payments for the delivered goods shall be made in accordance with clause 4.2. Supply contract.
Delivery terms:the supplier ensures the delivery of Equipment, commissioning and personnel training techniques work on commissioning and maintenance for a period of not more than 16 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. Possible early delivery of equipment by the written agreement of the parties.
