Payment terms:Payment for delivered products (goods) is made within 60 days from the date of receipt of products (goods) in the buyer's warehouse, and provision of shipping documents issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation.

2. The recommended term of validity of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the day of completion of applications;
3. Mandatory requirement – Availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. Mandatory requirement – loading of the price offer with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
5. At the same time as the submission of the proposal, the documents specified in the attached "List of documents" are obligatory;
6. For participation in the procurement procedure, persons may be contacted to clarify the details of the notice and purchase documentation. Including for consultations on the questions of registration on the site, various ways and procedure of submission of offers;
7. Please note that this request is not a type of competition/auction/public offer and is not subject to the regulation of articles 447 to 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. The organizer does not have the obligation to conclude a contract on its results;
