Auto-extension

Payment terms:
supply prices remain unchanged for the duration of the contract until the 31.12.2019 year (if other-specify additional)
Payment of delivered goods is carried out within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the supplier's invoice
Delivery terms:
The proposals of the providers that fulfill the following conditions shall be considered:
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. In the submitted offer there is a contract signed by the offeror without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
4. The Supplier shall carry out the required customs procedures in accordance with the legislation in force and at its own expense (if any).
5. The provider provides the following documents:
- Required to grant permission for the use of the goods;
- Certificate of Conformity on the goods (OTTs);
- Certificate of quality (if provided);
- Technical documentation necessary for the use of the goods; (Passport, operating instructions)
- Document confirming warranty obligations on the goods, service book;
- Documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (If necessary)
In case of delivery of imported equipment, the supplier carries out translation of all documentation into Russian at his own expense.
Warranty
The warranty period for the product in the Assembly (Semitrailer) is 12 (twelve) months.
The delivered goods 2019 year of manufacture, technically serviceable, without repair and defects, made in accordance with the state Standards and parameters, established for cars of these models.
The quality of the supplied semi-trailer complies with the established standards and is confirmed by the necessary documents (certificate (Declaration) of conformity of the manufacturer or the document replacing it).
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach all necessary documents at the moment of opening of envelopes with submission of the offer signed by the authorized person and stamped Organization Party to this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The pricing mechanism must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
