The procurement participant must attach a quotation with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead, indicate the basic equipment, quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the goods in the commercial proposal. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials including VAT, including packaging,
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- Warranty for the supplied products. It is necessary to indicate the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty starts (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier’s warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning)
- Shipping cost to the buyer's warehouse with VAT
