Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
For the winner of a non-SME entity:
Payment under this contract is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of production, according to the invoice, within 45 calendar days after delivery of all products to the customer’s warehouse and conducting input control.
For the winner being a subject of SMEs:
Payment under this agreement is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of production, according to the invoice, within 15 working days after delivery of all products to the customer’s warehouse and conducting input control.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
