Payment terms:Payment of the Item is made by the Buyer on the 60 (sixtieth) calendar day from the time of the change of ownership of the Item.
Payment of the Goods is made by the Buyer based on the original invoice, the original TRG-12 invoice, copies of the goods and transport documents made in accordance with the requirements legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:1. The Commercial Offer Price shall include all Applicant's expenses related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
2. The price of the commercial offer is reported in rubles, excluding VAT.
3. The cost of PNR/CMR services in the commercial proposal, specify a separate line to each item for which the Work is required (according to the questionnaires).

- Applicants who are not manufacturers of this equipment must attach official dealer confirmation (dealer agreement, authorization, dealership, dealer certificate);
- When offering offers, the Participant must provide a package of incorporation documents as per the List. When offering offers without constituent documents, the Participant will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
