Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Buyer's payment of the delivered products shall be made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for SME entities) after the signing of the consignment note by the parties and provision of the invoice by the supplier, In accordance with the requirements of clause 5 of art. 169 of the tax code of the Russian Federation (if the supplier does not apply USNO).
