Requirements for participants
The participant of the purchase must comply with the requirements of the legislation for persons carrying out the delivery of goods. No liquidation should be carried out in relation to a potential procurement participant. With respect to the participant of the purchase, there must be no decision of the arbitral tribunal on recognition as insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of a tender proceeding. Activity of the participant of the purchase as of the date of submission of the application was not suspended administratively. The concept of administrative suspension of activity is established by Article 3.12 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Absence of shortfalls on taxes, fees, arrears on other mandatory payments.

Product Requirements
1. Raw materials, materials for repair, fuel, tool (hereinafter referred to as Product) must correspond to design documentation, DIN, GOST, TU of the manufacturer and the requirements specified in the List of Nomenclature
2. It is not allowed to supply used Goods, including recovered goods.
3. The goods must be safe when used for its intended purpose.
4. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Goods in packaging and/or packaging corresponding to GOST, TU, ensuring the safety of the goods from damage during its loading/unloading, transportation and long-term storage in the warehouse room.
