Payment terms:
Payment of 100% upon receipt of the goods within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery on the basis of a universal transfer document. The Bidder can offer their own payment terms.
Delivery terms:
is carried out by the forces and transport of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, (unloading by the supplier) within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of conclusion of the Contract
If the documents specified in clause 19 of the Call forBidding Bid Notice are not submitted on the electronic trading platform by the Bidder of the procurement procedure, such bid will be rejected as not meeting the requirements for the composition of the bid to participate in the Call for Bidding.
This procedure for Requesting prices is not a competitive bidding process, nor is it a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or other Bidder of the Call for Bidding, nor does it impose on the Organizer the obligation to compensate for any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders.
