Обоснование: Запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся в соответствии с п.3.4.12.9. Положения о закупке МУП БВКХ "Водоканал", т.к. решением закупочной комиссии признан соответствующим требованиям закупочной документации только один участник. Договор заключается с участником, допущенным до участия в закупке, как с единственным поставщиком, в соответствии с п.3.10 Положения о закупке МУП БВКХ "Водоканал."
