Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: In this tender, the Miratorg APH will take into account participants' prices without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.
Participants cannot refuse to supply the items for which they have been given bids as part of the tender or increase the price once the offer is submitted. If delivery fails or attempts to increase the price, participants will be blacklisted by companies.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied to Miratorg APH shall be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory life) at the time of delivery to the APH Miratorg warehouse.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS. PRICES MUST BE SPECIFIED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
