Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The terms are negotiated with the leasing company.
Delivery terms:Delivery (shipment of equipment) is carried out by the Supplier to the address specified in the procedure, no later than May 20, 2023. Preferences will be given to the Supplier who is ready to deliver to the specified point, but offers without delivery will also be considered.

Comments:
The granulator capacity of 1.2-1.5 tons per hour is required, the granule should come out with a diameter of 4mm..

The technical and commercial proposal must necessarily contain the following:


1. The delivery time of the Goods, taking into account its delivery to the place of delivery;
2. Warranty period;

Detailed technical description of the Product. The technical description must be signed by an authorized representative and attached in a readable scanned copy

The address of the place of delivery of the goods contains the legal address and the actual address of the place of delivery.
We are ready to consider the pickup of equipment from any city of the Russian Federation.
