Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Form of payment: Cashless payments.
Payment under the Agreement is carried out on the following terms:
¾ The buyer makes a partial payment under the Agreement in the amount of 80% of the total price of the Agreement within 10 (ten) working days after the delivery of the Equipment and submission by the Supplier of the corresponding invoice for payment, invoice, commodity invoice (Uniform Form No. Torg-12), Act acceptance and transfer of the Equipment for storage, signed by the Parties,
¾ The final payment is made by the Buyer in the amount of 20% of the total price of the Agreement within 10 (ten) working days after the accompanying works and submission by the Supplier of the corresponding invoice for payment, the Act on commissioning of the Equipment signed by the Parties.
After the signing of this Contract, the price for the supplied Equipment and the work performed is not subject to change.
Payment under this Agreement shall be effected from the Buyer's separate account to a separate account of the Supplier opened by the Supplier in accordance with Federal Law No. 275-FZ of 29.12.2012 "On State Defense Order" in the authorized bank on the basis of the Banking Support Contract concluded by the Supplier with the authorized bank. The authorized bank is VTB Bank.
In accordance with paragraph 3, Article 8.2.2 275-FZ of December 29, 12, banking support is provided by an authorized bank free of charge.
The use of funds received from the Buyer on a separate bank account is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the mode of use of a separate account established by Art.8.3 275-FZ of December 29,
Delivery terms:
Within 10 (ten) months from the date of signing the Agreement.
The equipment is supplied by:
- by the Supplier and at his expense to the Buyer's warehouse, the place of delivery: 400071, Volgograd, Lenin Ave., JSC "FITC" Titan-Barricade ". The equipment must be shipped in its original packaging. The package must protect the cargo from all kinds of damage and corrosion during transportation, taking into account possible overloads in transit and storage.
The Supplier shall have the right to exercise the Equipment early on in accordance with the Agreement with the Buyer.
