Payment terms:payment under the civil contract will be made by the customer by transferring funds to the account of the supplier within 45 (forty-five) days after the delivery of the goods after duly decorated and signed by both Parties of the Act (Acts) of receiving-transfer of goods, commodity (commodity and transport) consignment note and on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier (invoices). No advance is foreseen.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
