Payment for the cost of the products specified in the Specification is carried out after documentary confirmation of the delivery by the Supplier and acceptance by the Buyer of the delivered products in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement, within 15 working days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the incoming control based on the originals of the invoice for payment, invoice - invoices received from the Supplier.
