Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment Terms: Delaying payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Miratorg warehouse.

By submitting an offer as part of this tender, participants automatically accept all conditions of APH Miratorg.

Participants cannot refuse to supply the items for which they have been given bids as part of the tender or increase the price once the offer is submitted. If no delivery or price increases, participants will be blacklisted by companies.

In this tender, the Miratorg APH will take into account participants' prices without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price must be provided in the Russian Rubles, taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed up to 20.09.2021g.
