Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:-50% of the cost of the advance equipment within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing the contract on the basis of the account of the supplier;
- 50% of the cost of equipment within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of handover lifts, documentation, signature Ak-the acceptance of the equipment by the customer, invoice, invoice and commercial invoice form Torg-12.

In case of advance payment security within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing the contract advance payment is not paid. In this case, payment for the delivered equipment is carried out by the customer in the amount of 100% within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of transfer of the equipment to the customer
