Payment terms:Payment by the Customer is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's account within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. The price of the contract includes the cost of the Goods, as well as all expenses of the supplier for transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, shipping costs, including including remuneration for the organization of transportation (by any means of transport), railway tariff, including payments due to the carrier (if delivered by rail), non-multi-turn packaging, packaging (labeling) of products, loading operations, expenses for processing transportation documents, permits, filing / cleaning of cars at the departure station, transportation costs, security services and other obligatory payments.
An application submitted by a participant, which is a subject of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has proposed payment conditions for more than 15 working days in the Application, may be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 15 working days.
Participant may suggest his own payment terms.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

For contractors who have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of a request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- An offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims on the occasion that the proposal is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
The email address for the above documents is zakupki@vcsp.ru. Acceptance of bids by e-mail is completed within 6 hours before the end of the procedure, loading of bids for bidding is possible within 4 hours before the end.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
