Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory terms for CA:
Postpayment, deferred payment 60 calendar days.
Guarantee - according to the model contract specified in the TK.
Consent to sign the model form of the Tander JSC.
The cost of delivery before the RC must be in the cost of the item.
Equipment prices for different RCs for one item should be the same (same).
Availability of SCs on the package and on the item.
Confirmation of compliance with TK characteristics.
Price fixing period up to 31.12.2021g
KP expiration up to 31.10.2021g

Submitting price offers only in RUBLES.

Free participation

No EDC required

The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.

Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
