Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of a shipment of the Goods by the Buyer from the Supplier’s warehouse within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of each shipment of the Goods and the provision of the original invoices, waybills.
Delivery terms:In separate batches, as necessary, according to the preliminary applications of the Buyer, on the condition of self-delivery by the Buyer's own forces from the supplier’s warehouse, from October 2019 to 12/31/2019.
The quantity indicated in this request for proposals is a reference, the actual need may vary significantly downwards. A contract will be concluded with the Winner with the mandatory application of a price list, with a unit price of each type of Goods. The list and range of goods in the price list can be expanded by agreement of the parties (in this request for proposals, the main mandatory items are presented).

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the BID of the bidder and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure (the form is attached) . In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

The following documents must be attached to the participant's application:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bang. balance sheet for 2017-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on unconditional signing of the contract as amended by the Buyer.
- Guarantee letter on fixing the value of KP in the period up to 12/31/2019.
- A letter of guarantee on the compliance of the proposed products with this request for proposals, technical specifications, requirements of GOST, TU, warranty period of storage.

The validity period of the commercial proposals declared by the participants is not less than 60 days.

IMPORTANT!
Bids will be considered only submitted in accordance with the requirements of the tender.
All products must be fresh, have quality certificates, comply with regulatory documents GOST, TU, as well as the warranty shelf life.

Note: This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
