In this event, suppliers are chosen who will confirm the availability of food (tea, coffee, sugar) to the administrative offices of PJSC VimpelCom, as well as the possibility of renting coffee vending machines and coffee machines.

PAO VimpelCom shall reserve the right to select, based on the responses received and other documents, the winner based on:

1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Results of evaluation of financial stability
3) Results of evaluation of the economic security unit on existence/absence of interaction risks.

Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Application Form (Appendix No. 1) and the Application of Qualifications (Annex No. 2) and submit them electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), supplementing with supporting documents, as specified in the Qualification Requirements.$
2) fill in the financial statements form (Appendix No. 6) and submit it only electronically (XLS).
3) reply to the letter about the possibility of switching to EDO (Annex No. 8)

All commercial conditions for the subject of purchase are specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 3), technical requirements - in the specification (Appendix No. 4).
