Comments: In this event, suppliers are selected who will confirm the readiness of the supply of food products (tea, coffee, sugar) to the administrative offices of PJSC VimpelCom, as well as the possibility of leasing vending machines for coffee and coffee machines.
PAO VimpelCom shall reserve the right to select, based on the responses received and other documents, the winner based on:
1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) The results of assessing the block of economic security for the presence / absence of interaction risks.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in the Qualification Requirements.
2) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 6) and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
All commercial conditions for the procurement subject are specified in the Template of the Agreement (Appendix No. 3), technical requirements - in the technical task (Appendix No. 4).
