Comments:
When submitting an bid, it is mandatory to attach a commercial offer indicating the names of the goods, prices, delivery dates, and settlement procedure (the form is attached).

When forming a request, take into account the following requirements:
1. The shelf life of the Goods (from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse) must be at least 80% of the shelf life specified by the manufacturer.
2. The products are delivered according to the Customer's bids, in strict accordance with the list specified in the Specification and on time, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Bid. The frequency of deliveries of Products during the term of the Contract is determined based on the bid, taking into account the needs of the Customer. Products delivered without the Customer's bid are not accepted and are not subject to payment
3. If by the expiration date of the Contract, the entire volume of products agreed in the Specification will not be in demand by the Customer, the Supplier's obligations to transfer products shall be deemed fulfilled to the extent of all bids of the Customer fulfilled by him
