Comments:
Selected will be the suppliers that are able to prove the experience and readiness to supply the foodstuff to arrange tea tables (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) for the office employees of PAO VimpelCom in the Eastern region.

PAO VimpelCom shall reserve the right to select, based on the responses received and other documents, the winner based on:

1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial evaluation results
3) Results of evaluation of corporate security in terms of possible cooperation risks.

Participants are supposed to:
1) fill in the Questionnaire (Attachment 1) and Statement of qualification requirements observed (Attachment №2) and provide those in XLS format and as a signed document (PDF), together with supporting documents specified in the Qualification requirements.
2) complete the financial statement form (Attachment 5) and provide it in electronic format (XLS) only.

All commercial terms and conditions concerning the purchased items are specified in the Contract Template (Attachment №5). Technical requirements and standard products consumption rates at the administrative offices are stated in Attachment 3 and Attachment 4.
