Payment terms:payment for each delivered batch of food is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the goods signed by the Parties, the originals of the TORG 12 and the invoice (the TORG-12 set and the invoice can be replaced with an UPD created on the basis of the invoice)
