Payment terms:Оплата за поставленный Товар производится Заказчиком по заявкам (партии) и Спецификации, которая является неотъемлемой частью договора, в следующем порядке:
Оплата каждого счета производится в размере 100% (сто процентов) стоимости через 20 (двадцати) рабочих дней после поступления товара на склад Заказчика, а также после подписания Сторонами товарной накладной, акта приемки, при наличии счета-фактуры на основании счета Поставщика.
Delivery terms:Товар поставляется партиями по мере необходимости по конкретным заявкам Заказчика в течение действия договора.
Поставка Товара осуществляется в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней с момента заказа партии, оформленного в соответствии с п.5.4.1 Договора, в период с 08-00 до 16-00. Периодичность поставки – согласно потребностям Заказчика.
Срок поставки Товара является существенным условием Договора.
