1. Map listings, completed Application in form 2 in excel format (mandatory requirement);
2. Information on the procedure and conditions for the provision of services.
3. Recommendations from customers for services rendered (subject to availability).
The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities
The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding for the winning bidder.
